Our History & Leadership

S.A. Budo Ryu Karate has been a pillar of martial arts excellence since 1961. We take pride and joy in teaching people the finer art of Traditional Karate.

The school is led by Kyoshi Roy Soodhoo, who was honored to accept the style handed to him by Sensei Frank Van Rensburg. Kyoshi Soodhoo has a vast amount of knowledge spanning from 1961 to the current day.
